When I clicked on the link to go through to hotels.com to confirm the booking, it was for the Phongsavanh resort which I unfortunately didn't realise until a day later. We turned up & staff couldn't find our booking & so put us in a $20 room as opposed to a $40 room. The hotel is still sbufing site and so we had to clamber across the mud, debris & dodge the uncovered deep man holes. The 'private balcony'...
