"I had been in Hotels in different countries but none of them achieve the great service that all the staff provide. Kudos to Fernando Castro in the Restaurant Bonifacio in the breakfast and everyone in there including the receptionists and check in."

"On a covert busy road so a lot of traffic noise all night. Internal rooms face the atrium so not much better. Staff were very friendly and helpful though."
