"⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing stay — beware of bugs and no A/C
We had a really bad experience at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. When we first walked into our room, there were already several large bugs inside because the cleaning staff had apparently left the door open. I’m terrified of bugs, so that already ruined the start of our stay.
Then we found out the rooms don’t have air conditioning — they only turn it on during summer. No matter what buttons we pressed, only the heater...

"They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."
