"Everything about the large, comfortable room and bathroom was excellent. Hallways and rooms are full of interesting contemporary art. It was a hot season, and the AC worked well. This is a wonderful location right across the street from the tram. You will be charmed by climbing up to the platforms with sculptures, tables, view, and a small, clean swimming pool overlooking the city."

"This was a modern hotel and very clean. They had a great pool / sauna area. Unfortunately, the beds were too firm for us and no air conditioning in the room. This was the only hotel during our 2 week stay that charged for parking and breakfast, which was disappointing. Luckily we were there on a weekend and there was free parking on the street in front of the hotel. "

"Had two nights in Graz and needed to be close to the railway station. The Inter-City hotel is basically next door and you can get to it from the southern end of platform 1 via some stairs down to street level. Room was very clean and comfortable, check in staff were very good, even put up with me trying to practice my German. "

"Basic. But that all I needed for a work overnighter. Think Youth hostel & you've got it. What I was shocked about was the rude, cold, unhelpful huffy grumpy staff. Check-in takes a very long time, especially if a que. We were 3rd in line, we waited about 30 mins give or take. They don't recognise Expedia bookings. Even though we'd paid they nearly turned us away. They could point out you can check in electronically inside, esp when a que of people..... Not obvious. £10 for parking, be sure to...
