“Beautiful hotel, would stay again ”

“Pros: Las instalaciones estan impecables. Playa muy linda. La comida en almuerzo y cena es riquisima. Cons: El desayuno es muy limitado. El servicio de internet pago es muy malo. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto ofrecido por el hotel es muy caro (casi ridiculo). El personal puede mejorar (exepto mosos en restaurant). Tragos malos.”

“Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. “Excellent hotel, fantastic service and attencion to detail. Only slight downside was I thought that some of the restaurent dishes were overpriced in terms of taste and some of the buffet food wasnt that tasty. I must mention that we were very pleased with the small things like our wedding anniversary gift, wifi speed and accomodating nature of the staff.”

“We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.”

“Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”
