"I stayed two nights at the Mayfair Hotel in Adelaide in late January, and overall, my experience was mostly positive. The location is fantastic, right at the top of Rundle Mall, and a short walk or free tram ride to Adelaide Central Market. The

King Room was comfortable with a lovely bed and a great bath. I stayed on a high floor in a quiet corner, keeping street noise to a minimum. I did hear frequent door slamming and other noise from within the hotel which may just be the heritage...

bath. The price was reasonable, too. All staff I came across were helpful, professional and friendly. There is a pleasant roof space. Very well located and walking distance very easily to many cafes, and shops. Also very close to transport options, busses and trams. Easy walk to botanic gardens. The restaurant at the property is also good. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay...

"The hotel and rooms were glorious and a generous size. All room amenities were high quality and we loved the easy access to the shops and surrounding restaurants. The only downside was the car parking as a little walk to and from the hotel but it was safe and easily accessible 24/7 to get the car in and out as often as required. "

"Great spot on the Glenelg pier. Was an excellent view over the water. The room was showing it’s age and could use a freshen up, didn’t quite match up to the freshly renovated room in the pictures, but I guess that’s just how it goes with properties under going renovation."
