“This is a clean hotel out of town (uber or drive for dinner or eat at the on-site restaurant) with helpful staff who genuinely seem to want to make your stay enjoyable. It is let down by some silly details that have a disproportionate effect on the experience. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms large, but the toilet is cramped in to an end making it awkward and there is a (ridiculous) frosted glass barrier between bathroom and bedroom which means turning the bathroom light on, illuminates...

“Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service.”

Das ist kein Kaffe was man da bekommt… wir wissen nicht was da aus dem Automaten läuft.

“The very nice swimmingpool, and the location of the restaurante with a great seaview. Absolut give a high five to the seaview from hotelroom.”

“Obras en el acceso al hotel.”
