"The place is concrete construction ---with doors that don't close properly nor do they offer any security because they are cheap, wooden doors. The beds are not comfortable and the air conditioning is noisy. The food is mediocre. The security is non existent at night -leaving any guests to fend for themselves. In spite of citing these to management--they required full payment even though we moved to another property further down the beach the second day. Not good business--ripped off and will...

"The place was nice overall, but there is room for improvement. The beach was beautiful, and the food was really good. My daughter especially loved the show performed by WOW Entertainment. The pools could have been cleaner, and I noticed green buildup in the jacuzzi, so I chose not to use it. The alcoholic drinks were okay, but the glasses they were served in could have been better. We enjoyed parts of our stay, though I hope the pool and jacuzzi cleanliness improves."
