"El Mirador had good customer service for the most part. They dont speak much if any english which wasnt a huge deal since I spoke the language but for those who dont, it might be difficult. The only two things were when we got there they tried giving us a room without air conditioning or hot showers, I had to explain that we paid for those services -after that they moved us with no problem. During our stay the service was nice, there wasnt much of a variety for breakfast but it was good. Then on...

Las habitaciones son lindas y muy acogedoras, sólo deberían considerar que los mosquiteros sean de malla más fina o colocar aire acondicionado dentro de ellas en lugar de ventiladores.
