"2 night stop over between trip to Savaii and flight out. Accommodation cleana and spacious. Beach not so good. Pools only at low tide. Food average and Auz NZ prices. No other options qhile at the resort. DvDs available in room for free. Felt more like a cruise commercial vibe as lots of people in clo a e proximity.We prefer more authentic and smaller places to stay in Samoa. Owners friendly and clearly catering for average aus nz tourists."

"Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with. We highly recommend Insel to those visiting Samoa it will be your home away from home with Island feels. "

"Taufua has always been one of our favourite places in the world. It’s situated on the most picturesque white sand beach, the ocean is beautifully calm and lovely for swimming with the whole family. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating and it’s such great value for money."

"The resort is the largest locally owned and they have cultural evenings and fire shows which were great. Most of the sites are dotted around the island so it pays to have a car. The people are really lovely and we were very sad to leave at the end of our stay. "

"nice and quiet, convenience to town, to the local market, mcdonald’s, banks, if you catch a taxi is $5 one way. Plumbing needs a lil improvement, but my stay at Sheraton in Vaisigano was good. thank you."
