J’ai donc envoyé un message via la messagerie puisque personne ne m’a répondu, j’attends encore une réponse... Service client inexistant semble-t-il. "

"L'hotel est excessivement cher pour le service rendu. Déjà en arrivant le wifi ne marchait pas. Ensuite la piscine était immonde (voir photo), et personne ne la nettoye. La chambre est vieille et n'est pas propre : insectes morts, lezard vivant dans la chambre. Pas de produits de douches. Une serviette très petite. Une semaine complète à l'hôtel mais personne ne change la serviette de la salle de bain, les draps ne sont jamais changés, le sol jamais nettoyé. Pour avoir du papier toilette il faut...
