“Really helpful staff”

Food was decent, staff were very nice and helpful.”

“Start your day with an excellent breakfast! Staff is superb.”

My kids LOVED all of the animals and spent hours hanging out with them. We rented scooters and drove the route they recommended and stopped at Paradise cave. It was such a stunning drive. “Well let me start by saying that I would never ever think about staying there again!! This hotel is severely outdated the carpet is absolutely filthy from the lift to your room. The beds were like sleeping on rocks!! The breakfast was if you are non Asian terrible, I we to get a cup of tea and the milk had skin on the top!!! We asked for a non smoking room the chair and table had cigarette burns on them and when we went to go down the lift there was an ashtray beside it with cigarettes in it. I...
