"Excellent base for a stay in Halong"

"Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend...

"Excellente croisière..... Le seul hic a été qu'Expédia nous a réservé et confirmé une croisière qui n'avait pas lieu pour le jour prévu !!! Nous ne ferons plus appel à vos services... Heureusement que l'établissement nous a proposé une croisière disponible pour le jour d'après... "

"the staff was nice enough. the stay was far from luxurious. paying that amount of money for a room and being charged a ridiculous amount for watered down alcohol not to mention so much as a free water or soft drink i understand that is out of the staffs control. being fed reheated pasta and rice ,paper thin sliced chicken with mustard, bland barely warm fish. it was a pathetic experience for the price. again mostly out of the control of the staff. simply would not recommend."
