"Hotel didn’t have our booking, made us send the confirmation after trying to reject our stay , no warm water, dirty, ac didn’t work and on top of it all- didn’t want us to check out the next day until we could produce another receipt "

"I stayed in this hotel with my family in february. The hotel room was amazing and so spacious even with a rollaway bed too. on the first night we had a problem with the shower leaking. The staff straight away moved us to another room. We had a little problem with the tv and reported this. Within 5 minutes someone came to asess the problem. "Loved my stay with my family at Holiday Inn, Amritsar. The area is easily accessible, staff is helpful and room was nice and clean. It was my first time and I will definitely come back in future."

When we raised the issue of the noise the hotel were very accommodating and provide us with a room on the opposite side of the building which was much quieter.
