"Hotel didn’t have our booking, made us send the confirmation after trying to reject our stay , no warm water, dirty, ac didn’t work and on top of it all- didn’t want us to check out the next day until we could produce another receipt "

"I stayed in this hotel with my family in february. The hotel room was amazing and so spacious even with a rollaway bed too. on the first night we had a problem with the shower leaking. The staff straight away moved us to another room. We had a little problem with the tv and reported this. Within 5 minutes someone came to asess the problem. The breakfast was lovely and a nice small variety to choose from. The location is excellent right in jyoti chonk close to shoping and walking distance from...

"I booked this for my parents . The staff were lovely and kind. Assisted them with printing their boarding passes . The hotel has lots of tuktuk drivers nearby and close to golden temple. "

"Overall a good option close to the station although can be some street noise early in the morning from the local temple. When we raised the issue of the noise the hotel were very accommodating and provide us with a room on the opposite side of the building which was much quieter. Despite its location close to the station, the local taxi / autorickshaw drivers did have some trouble finding it."

"Not sooo happy with the rooms, their cleanliness of room and linen and bathrooms. Below Average . Front office not friendly nor helpful . A bit sullen most of the times.Furniture neds to be changed or cleaned / polished ."
