“There are some good things about this hotel but overall I don’t think it deserves 5 stars. The best thing about it is the location, it’s got its own beach access and is also an easy walk to Kenting street. The pool is also nice, although they close it in the middle of the day for cleaning. They have a lot of amenities, but most of them were closed while we were there. The food was just ok. The staff was a mixed bag, some were friendly and helpful but others couldn’t be bothered. The building...

“Beach side room, it's so nice to hear the wave sounds. Very clean room.”

“Anticuado y aislado. Difícil comunicación y cara con el exterior. Personal desorientado”

“Clean room with ocean view, comfortable and large bath tab. Staff is super kind, especially Mr. Wang. Walking distance to beautiful beach! Great breakfast buffet”

“Sensational hotel, amazing staff. It is on a stunning location and is a beautiful building. We highly recommend this. To get to “5” (which I rarely give) it would need to rotate the menu once per week (it need only have two menus and alternate them weekly) and get the pool staff to give you water and bring the towels to you. They are trifling matters. If they really wanted to earn it they could put in 4 bar stools so that you didn’t have to sit at the same tables you had dinner last night and...

“Great welcome in a clean and conveniently located hotel. Close to Henchung bus station and close to downtown, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Room are small but efficiently organized, with plenty of outlets to plug all your chargers. Breakfast is not served on the premises, but in a nearby restaurant. Not very fancy, nor big, but good.”

“We had a great time there.”

“Just awesome! Comfortable room, great air conditioning, super helpful staff- gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and booked a snorkeling tour for us with a great local company who let us use the mask and snorkel for the rest of the day after the tour!”

“Amazing hospitality and service. Beautiful room, spacious, modern and tranquil. Wonderful breakfast and great attention to details. Treated like family. Love our stay 10+”

“Bon emplacement”

“Sehr teuer!
