However there are something that need improvements: The towels would be replaced with new ones they are already very worn. the flooring in shower is slippery and the bathroom must include a handrail or a handle for the elderly. It is a potential hazard for the hotel. It would be nice to provide the power outlet adapter to charge the phone during our visit."
