“Great place to stay, clean room, helpful staff, scrumptious breakfast”

“Very accomodating. Friendly staff. Clean surroundings. I'll give them 5 star”

“Pool Some amenities are not available like the obstacle pool”

“Double overcharged for the service provided and the establishment”

“Location of the hotel is just a walking distance to the Hundred Islands wharf area. The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Pillows are huge and bed is comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that the hot water was so hard to control the heat. There were tiny ants on top of the table. They have a “no stain” policy on their bedsheet, pillow, towel, or you’ll be charged with a fine. Spa massage was good. Rose gave us an excellent massage.”

“The place is nice but the downside is the shower area is clogged the whole time and I saw a roach in the bathroom. They need to maintain the cleanliness of the place. Good breakfast though it would be nice if they offer more variety. Good place to hang out with good amenities like pool table and karaoke. The pool is nice and clean.”

“Good service, good hotel, stay here frequently when zi visit Dagupan for Business and Ministry”

“I’ll start by saying that Bolo Hills Beach Club may not be the cheapest beachfront option, but I would absolutely stay here again. For me, it came down to two things: the view and the hospitality. The beachfront setting is beautiful, but what really made the stay memorable was Greg, the owner, and his wonderful staff. They made everything feel personal without ever being intrusive. By the end of my stay, I realized that I will probably judge other boutique resorts by the standard they set...

“Place was very clean and breakfast was awesome. All the staff were warm and friendly. They took care of our needs right immediately. Shout out to Rey and Chat. Our overall experience was A+.”

“Absolutely wonderful stay! The resort exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire property had a relaxing atmosphere that made it perfect for a getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly felt taken care of. The amenities and overall experience were excellent. We had such a memorable and enjoyable time and...

“This is a nice, larger hotel. The room was large, bathroom, and especially the walk in shower was larger, with quickly available hot water, and custom shower head wall. Nice breakfast by the indoor pool, which is also close to the bar. Cable TV, with live local channels and a few movie channels (HBO). Only downsides were the limited street parking, and the room smelled like chemicals or recently painted with a strong paint. Please use Low VOC paints in guest rooms”

“The resort lacks in providing free internet and television. The room allowed a large spider to enter through an unfinished hole in the wall. There is no cooking allowed inside the room which is an inconvenience. A microwave at least could have been present. There was no hot water present on site to properly clean ones self.”
