"The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was simple but large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Internet and air conditioning worked fine. No hot water in shower was the only downside, but it's a hot climate so a cool shower wasn't so bad. No elevator; staff carries luggage upstairs cheerfully. People who cannot handle stairs should request a ground floor room. Great value for the price overall. "
