"スタッフは基本的に愛想が良く、親身になって話を聞いてくれる。しかし、残念ながらサービスの質は良くはない。 事前にメールで空港でのピックアップを予約し、先方も了解の返事をしていたにもかかわらず、空港到着時にドライバーがいなかった。ホテルへの電話もなかなか繋がらず、空港でかなり待ちぼうけする羽目になった。 部屋は広いが、水回りと床が非常に汚い。また、蚊が多い。 寺院が立ち並ぶ旧市街までは歩いて10～20分程度で、州立博物館もすぐなので、ロケーション的には悪くない。 なので、サービスに期待しない上であれば、良いのかもしれない。"

"This property is very close to Railway Station and Airport. Lots of shopping citations around you. Bit old and calls for a renovation but wud recommend for short and decent stay!!!"

"Rooms are good with hot and cold running water, tea maker, good toiletories etc. The breakfast spread was also good. The front desk staffs were very co-operative. But unfortunately the Bar, wherein smoking is allowed in the closed AC room is not accessible to chill after hectic day. Another frustrating part is the completely empty mini bar at the room. Utility of running the mini fridge in the room is not clear, if it is not staffed with soft and hard drinks and chocholates etc."

"The staff are money grabbing in the sense that my wife was not feeling and so for breakfast she asked for tea and porridge a la carte...the staff charged for the full buffett...and the front reception staff would not adjust the difference...so 900 rupees fior one biwl of porridge and tea."
