“Likes: the top floor dining area Dislikes: the staff, the service, the room was so poorly lay out the bed so close to the wall where the TV set up hence there is no room to move which ended up with my husband got hurt and bruised for days. The staff was no help either and the breakfast was so basic and they even charged for a cup of hot water. There is no cup or even a kettle to make coffee and they also charged the milk for coffee we ordered. I want to borrow a plate and a spoon to eat our...

“The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp.”
