“A beautiful hotel. It really looks like the photos. Staff were accommodating and spoke English. The location is amazing, literally at the end of the main street where all of the restaurants, cafes and shops are. Walking distance to many of the main sites. My only negative comments- it was a novelty to sleep on a futon on the floor, but they are quite thin, and you don't get pillows. The bathroom is a wet room and everything gets wet when you shower...and no shelves to store your belongings....

“Aww, we love Hanok so much! It was such a hot day, but once we stepped inside of the Hanok, cooled room welcomed us. Because Hanok is made of wood, it just feels so comfortable being there. Highly recommended, and walkable to many restaurants and cafes.”

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and manages to combine modern comfort with the gorgeous traditional architecture. The owners are the loveliest people you can imagine, and they'll take great care of you and offer you helpful advice to help you make the most of your stay in Gyeongju. I really miss their delicious bibimbap for breakfast, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else if I return to that...
