“When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction...

“First and foremost, pay attention to their uncompromising cancellation and change policy! They do not budge. Also, the "no outside food" policy is ridiculous. While you can easily go to other restaurants outside of the grounds, (which are substantially cheaper!) The pricing for drinks and most food is "resort" pricing and rather skewed for the area. We actually had two rooms, the first during a business conference and the second because we stayed longer for a holiday. The first room over looked...

“First of all its not a beach resort, there is no lift access and by your unfortunate luck if your room is on the 3rd floor you'll have walk up three flight of stairs. We ordered two coffees and it never came. Taxis will never to come this place, so if you're coming get your own vehicles.”

“Es un hotel que necesita mejoras. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación oliendo de estar cerrada mucho tiempo y los sofás sucios. Nos cambiaron a otra que era algo mejor. La comida es pasable. Lo mejor es sus empleados y la piscina. Es el único hotel que hemos estado hasta ahora donde sacan un foto del huésped al registrar.”
