"This was the closest it came to a resort, we did request 2 queen beds, but got a room with 3 twin beds. My favorite part of staying there was the pool. And food and drinks served around the pool. "

"Staff was helpful and friendly always. There is always a taxi available outside the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained by cleaning service. I feel awful I forgot to leave a tip my last day!!! Please contact me if there is a way for me to pay them. Please!! Pool is nice. Bar at top of hotel has good pizza and drinks. "Very welcoming helpful staff. Hotel was clean and furnished with up to date fixtures. Breakfast (excluded) was exceptional, best we’ve ever had - buffet with cereal, fruit, juice, arepa and eggs prepared to order. Pool was not large but very clean and comfortable. Very central location. Mall is 2 blocks away, walking in the area does require personal awareness. Only negative was shower water was not hot. "

"This hotel has nothing to do with “Boutique” hotels. Do not expect what you expect from a boutique hotel. Hotel is average at best and very minimalistic. Don’t get confused by the name. Pool and roof are good, location is very convenient. Food is not great and they charge you $5K COP for a cup with ice. "
