“Tidy room. Plenty of space. Staff were really nice and helpful”

“They did not arrive for the airport transfer & they did not reimburse us for the overpriced taxi we had to take as a result $60 when the fare should have only been $15. The rental car they organised a day late for us was overpriced $80 a day when should have been $65. The room phone did not work & receptionist had to come to our room to speak with us as a result, but they didn’t fix it so no phone for us the whole stay. Location is good for first time visitors as it’s central to the town.”

“Not much food choice and food and drink expensive. Main gripe is claim that 2 GB of Wi Fi provided. All gone after 1 day and they claim used it all and have to pay for more. Rubbish when only used to download paper and mail and average data use over 3 month period is consistently 1.2 GB.”

“Niau cottage was perfect for our holiday, very comfortable, amazing view, private, well-stocked kitchen & extras (beach towels, esky, picnic basket, binoculars) were excellent, artistic furnishings, access to pool & communal area, walks on the property available, quick drive to anywhere on the island”

“Unit was good, clean , kitchen had everything we needed except no dishwashing liquid. Relaxing place, a bit disappointed we did not get a A frame. Other wise good”

“Lovely spacious room. Close to town. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed our week there.”

“Great location to the town, lovely having the brewery with the large deck to have a drink on whilst taking in the view. Downside for us was our bathroom impossible to have a shower without the bathroom being saturated - believe me we tried everything - could do with a shower screen.”

“Beautiful location, well designed layout of cottage. The only negative was that we were there for 9 nights and 10 days and linen was not changed in that time. You need to hire a car to get around the island. We hired one through the property. Highly recommended.”

“The property had all of the amenities required for a self contained apartment as advertised. The rooms were clean and bright. Location was handy for a walk into the main shopping strip of burnt pine, where there were plenty of eateries and super market. Hire car we booked was waiting at the accommodation, and conveniently we could use it to get back to the airport when leaving. People are so friendly and the island is so clean. I would highly recommend a visit and stay at the daydream...

“Great location, wonderful accomodation, peaceful and very private”

“We had a cottage with a full kitchen comfortable bed wi fi and an amazing view. Close to every thing”

“Comfortable accommodation with washing machine and bbq along with full kitchen. Parking is not directly outside the room but either some steps away or down a ramp, so if raining umbrella is needed. Local mobile phone provided and wifi. TV reception was difficult but with the incredible view outside the room of Philip and Nepean islands along with historic area of Kingston why would you need it. Have stayed before and would stay again.”

“Great place to stay.”

“Excellent stay at Fletcher Christian Apartments, had a wonderful time touring Norfolk Island for the third time, thanks very much Karen, Kim, Miriam and Jo, for all your assistance, Barb W.”
