"O hotel é muito bom. O staff muito amigável, sempre dispostos a resolver tudo que foi preciso, ajudar com os transfers para a cidade e reservar barqueiros (já que o hotel fica no meio do lago). O quarto era bastante limpo e espaçoso. Snacks eram deixados no quarto diariamente como gentileza. Voltarei com certeza. "

A massage at the spa was worth every penny. Food was delicious and varied. Attention to detail second to none. "Overall experience satisfactory. Staffs behavior are very cordial . two challenges we experience - Hotel is in water but they charge jetty to Hotel boat cost $7 per way which seems very illogical. Hotel donot have TV in the room. i must say food are very tasty. "
