"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. "Loved this place. The suite rooms on the top floor are outstanding. Staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. Good spoken English. Food from the restaurant (and room service) is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There was a small problem with the hot water when I checked in but solutions were found. "
