Very large investment made here to modernize this hotel: bathrooms new with strong pressure and hot water plentiful, comfortable beds and bedding. Restaurant and bar service with actual edible cuisine, (well, food) and espresso. Decor is pretty spartan though, merely functional. Staff and management is responsive and professional. "A good hotel with excellent and very helpful staff. Has all the amenities a traveler visiting Liberia would appreciate, including consistent water and electricity supply, hot water showering, continental breakfast, CNN news, spacious rooms, etc. The only downside is the lack of an elevator system in the whole building. If you can't climb stairs, this facility is not for you."

"Everything was very good at this hotel, except for the reception. They were not ready for us. They first said that they had to call Hotels.com and confirm the reservation, even after I showed them a copy of my receipt. Then, they had not cleaned our rooms. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get our rooms ready. This was unacceptable. I had previously stayed at this hotel six other times and it had always been very good. But, not this time.
