“Luft im zimmer war mäßig, es liess sich kein Fenster öffnen, die reception war nicht in der lage ein Taxi zu bestellen, viel luft nach oben, Frühstücks bufett grosse Auswahl aber durchschnitt, kein frischer Obstsalat nur Büchse, würde nicht nochmal buchen”

“Fantastic value in a beautiful location. The restaurant was very good and clearly popular with locals. Overall staff were friendly but one slightly less so which we put down to lack of confidence in using English. It’s a steep walk if you are coming from the tram stop!”

“The property is definitely the best in the area and probably the largest so it is definitely the best choice. The food, the staff, the rooms are all excellent. My only issue was with the swimming pool, it showed that the water was 27 degrees Celsius but it was closer to 25 while I was there so we only went there 1 times in 3 days, it was quite cold for the kids. Other that that, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.”

“The hotel is very nice from outside but it cannot be considered a 4 star inside. We had problems in a very slow check-in process. The room was small and very basic. The fridge did not work. The breakfast nothing more than average. ”
