Hotel with a Concierge in La Libertad Region

"We were greeted by a very nice gentleman who helped us up to our room, and then ushered us off to breakfast! Not only were we checking in very early in the moring, but had breakfast upon arrival! They were doing some upgrades, and the workmen were not only quite polite, and helpful, but the distraction from their work was minimal. The hotel was very clean, and we felt quite safe there. As we weren't leaving until late in the evening, they let us store our luggage there, while off to our last...

"This hostal was replaced with a Sunarp office some time before we got there and was not taken off the available hotels list for Trujillo. Very disappointed about that. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got there very early after taking a night bus, and were allowed to check in without extra charge. They also helped with the tours. Thanks for everything!"

"Common areas are not well mantained, our room had a lot of dust and there was no shower head holder. They did not give us any receipt"

"Hotel familiar com staff muito simpático! Aconchegante e acolhedor "

"Muy buena atención, amabilidad y son muy atentos"

"I will grade this hotel based on a 2 star hotel. The lady that runs the hotel was amazing. She took me to park my car in an offsite secured lot and brought me a cooked to order breakfast and coffee to my room. The hotel is not new and fancy but it was quiet and clean. "

"The room and bathroom were good and quite clean. The hotel's location is very good, quite close to the Plaza de Armas, and the area is quite safe. The staff is very friendly. It's just a suggestion: it would be good if they offered a better breakfast."
