“tenia reservado con transporte del eirepuerto al hotel y no se presento nadie el hotel de 5 estrella de eso nada de nada mal sitio mala comonicacion y mejor no contar de estar en el hotel alas dos de madrugada llegamos alas siete de la mañana que mas cuento los pagos de taxi del airepuerto segun el hotel la culpa es vuestra por no apisar la hora de llegada”

I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. “Disappointed, 2 years ago I stayed in the same property, rooms has been deteriorated considerably and without amenities at all. Very old and un confortable matres. Also it was indicated that parking free of charge but there is no parking in the hotel, parking very difficult in the street.”
