“Excellent place to stay”

“Great place to stay at”

“El entorno es muy agradable. Las habitaciones y baños necesitas reforma. El desayuno muy bueno”

“The hotel's phone number in my booking is not correct. Somebody very rude answered the phone and asked me to find the right one in the hotel website. I booked this hotel because it says they have transportation to the airport, this is false, they just offer to request an uber.”

“Just used as an early flight from Krakow airport. Room was fine, comfortable. Didn't use breakfast facility. I'd be more inclined to use a central Krakow hotel and get an Uber to the airport in future to maximise the great experience in the city.6”

“The only issue was a bed that was too hard. But, we all have our preferences. I told the guest clerk as I checked out and he took note of it. Best stay in Krakow!!”

“We stayed there for our trip in Energylandia, we had a lovely time and very convenient. We used the spa and it was just perfect after a long day running around in the park”
