“Très beau resort extérieurement : jardins, piscines, palmiers et cadre en bord de mer magnifiques. C’est principalement pour cela que je mets 2 étoiles. Malheureusement, le reste est très loin du standing « Billionaire ». Appartement vieillissant, équipements usés, traces d’humidité, finitions dégradées, coupures d’eau et d’électricité. Plus grave : une partie en bois complètement pourrie de notre balcon s’est détachée lorsque je l’ai touchée et j’ai failli tomber. Gros problème de sécurité...
