Food Safety & Hygiene Concerns During a visit to the downstairs restaurant , I observed approximately 10 to 15 fruit flies resting on the handles of two trays containing sweets. Staff Response: I immediately brought this to the attention of two staff members on duty....

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was so lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and had a rustic feel to it. I want to be back again here for my next visit in Fort Kochi.”

“The property is in a breathtaking location and the premises are also maintained very well. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Both the infinity pools were really nice (one of them is exclusive to the club room bookings). All the staff were very cordial and cooperative. The chefs at the restaurant made custom dishes for our daughter's liking. Tides restaurant at the beach side has a great menu and good food. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning.”

“La habitación está muy bien, limpia, AC, agua caliente y la vista al jardín lo cual esta bien iluminada. Está bien ubicado en el centro y cerca de la calle principal, aun asi todo es una zona tranquila.”

“Hotel con standars europeos. Habitación limpia y bien equipada. Desayuno con opciones estilo europeo.”

“This was our second stay at The Leela Raviz, one year after our first stay. We were equally blown away the second time by the breezy beauty of this lakefront resort and being so kindly greeted by Lenin the security guard who recognized us from our first visit! A true gem of Kerala, the resort and staff surpass others with the quality of service, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of this heritage building and property design.”

They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super...
