“We booked two rooms. We had a total of five people. Each room indicates that it sleeps four people—ample space. I talked with the manager since the system wasn’t allowing me to specify the number of people. I asked if it would be a problem that we had five people. He said no. When we arrived, he indicated that we needed to pay an extra $”

“Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms.
This was a disaster.
I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel.
It is not serious and not good for Expedia.”
