"We arrived in the middle of the night, but no one was there to check us in, and no clear instructions for how to contact the staff, in spite of their claim of offering 24 hour check in. Eventually we found a member of staff, and he checked us in and gave us our key. The room was not the room we booked - it was much, much smaller.
