"The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating... Initially there was a slight mix-up about our room, and we were given a room with only 2 beds (1 full and 1 twin) though we booked a room with 1 full and 2 twins online. When I approached the desk clerk to request a different room he was quick to try to help and called over the manager (who speaks English) to help as well. In the end we were given a room with enough beds for our family

"As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is unclear where/how to check in. I simply texted when we arrived and immediately help arrived to show us where to go. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean. The information provided inside the room about whee to find dinner and breakfast, explaining about the hot water and the door locks - was perfect. We would definitely stay again in any of the three places."
