This particular Hyatt was totally impressive from the highly professional front desk staff to the resturants the high quality bedrooms and bathrooms. I think every time I visit the city this is the hotel of choice. Well Done Hyatt Regency. A top class hotel "

"Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience. "

"Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. "
