“Getting there I felt like I was locked down at judged by staff at reception then had to pay a bond fee of 250 dollars !!! so funny how the lady ahead of us seem to not have to . As for the room like you're buying the bed when you book a room you're buying the bed and this bed so uncomfortable noisy like it was 100 years old the fold out couch was better than the actual bed pretty disappointed the only good thing was the spa”

“Negatives. Property is very very tired. Gardens need a good tidy up and outdoor furniture a paint. The spa bath in our room was broken. And bathroom ceiling a few large patches of black mould with holes in vinyl floor. Where light fixtures had been replaced in bedrooms the wall was a different colour and previous screw holes visible.
