"Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. The stairs up had electric wires hanging out and dangerous drops where railings should be protected by nailed on...

First of all there was no booking when we arrived and when it was eventually sorted it was made clear the management thought we had not paid enough through the booking agent we had used. We stayed for 7 nights and the room was never cleaned, not even once. There was a regular smell of sewage from the bathroom and the room was very tired.
