My parent’s and brother Checked out two days early. I went through Expedia to get a refund. My brother sat in the lobby and argued with the management to get a refund. He did finally get a refund for two nights. The in house manager gave us one answer and the big boss wanted to charge my brother for two night. I must say the staff was friendly,...
