“The Resort Manager, Juleana was amazing, extremely kind and helpful. Tried her best to accommodate us. The cleaning staff was good. The hotel is extremely old and the rooms are not renovated. The plumbing needs to be redone. My shower did not drain the water quickly although maintenance came up twice with a toilet plunger to plunge the water. When turning on the water in the shower the head moves and spray the water out of the tub. You have to hold the shower spray when taking a shower. The...
