Our pillows did not even have pillowcases on them, there were stains on the bed sheets and they smelled like mold, our room was super hot and small, and the shower was moldy and not clean. The staff was friendly enough though. I can definitely handle rough hostels etc, but this was advertised very differently and we were at the point in our trip when we wanted...
