The one thing I was dissatisfied was the mini refrigerator. It's NOT cold. I thought it was broken so I called the front desk and was informed that their refrigerator only gets a tiny bit cooler than room temperature, however; ours was HOT. “Amazing Hotel! ⭐️ All hotel staff are polite and courteous! Ricky is especially kind and well mannered.. The hotel is clean and swimming pool is huge… Beautiful quiet beach and soft sand… The hotel has a separate Spa area. It is extremely large in size, tranquil and the massages that we had from Sang were the best we have experienced in Vietnam..!! Would highly recommend that this Hotel.. Thank you so much..❤️”
