"The View has a nice view to the Storbukta bay. The place is a bit worn on the outside but the inside is what counts. The room was styled modern white and it was clean. The bed was a little soft for my taste but I suppose that’s a matter of opinion. Since the hotel was quite empty, we had a free upgrade to a room with a better view, superb service. "We loved our stay at the cabins at Snowhotel. The staff were so friendly and the cabins were lovely and modern. There were so many activities: we got to play with the husky working dogs and even say hi to the 12 new puppies, feed the reindeer, and take a beautiful snowshoe trail for views of the fjord. The food (all meals) was also absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay again! "

"I appreciate that they left our room key out for us. We were there to sleep while waiting to go on a cruise the following day. I would say that most of the people who also went on the cruise stayed at another hotel but for the price and distances to the shopping center it wasn't bad. I wish the restaurant had later hours but there was a pub about a block away. "
