"We have tried many different hotels during our month long stay in Morroco. At the the below 50 Euro benchmark, no other hotel came even close. Most came with dirty rooms, swarms of nasty flies and a meager breakfast of one egg and a toast. Not the Marabou! The rooms were spotless, breakfast was scrumptious, and flies stayed elsewhere. "

"Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff. Organised taxis and an early breakfast. Beautiful riad. Great location in the medina and close to the beach. nice breakfast. Thoroughly recommend staying here. Used the spa twice and loved every second."

"Booked for 2 adults and 2 children and was given a self contained apartment with sitting area and tiny kitchen plus 2 bathrooms over 2 floors. View was amazing, staff polite and breakfast good. Only caution is upstairs bedroom ceiling low (6 feet) and stairs very narrow so may not be good for those with mobility problems. They do have rooms without these issues so just ask but we felt we had the best rooms here for the view alone. Roof terrace a bonus. "

"This property is in an excellent location in the medina of Essaouira. Walkable to all the main interest areas, including the ramparts, the beach, and the shopping and restaurant areas. Safe and quiet. While parts of the property unfortunately suffer from some of the inevitable mildew that can take hold in Essaouira, there are many different terraces and inner sitting rooms that one can lounge in quietly.
