“The room was clean but it shows the age, no service room for cleaning take effect while we there. Service is good when requested. The entrance to the place is really hard as you need to walk on/climb a mountain then a long stairs. The place view is very good and people are nice. They have staff talking in English, Arabic, and Turkish.”

“Eksikleri mevcut. Sadece manzara var.”

Mountain views are wonderful from this window, you will love it. This location is at one of the highest place in Ayder and provides perfect views. “Konaklamamız boyunca her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Bungalov son derece temiz ve bakımlıydı. Temizlik hizmeti gerçekten çok özenliydi. İşletme sahipleri her konuda yardımcı oldu, ilgi ve alakaları için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil geçirmek isteyenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.”

“Nice hotel at beautiful location. Good rooms with small balcony. Outside thermal pool was closed. We used thermal pool at main building and it was hot and good. Turkish bath was cold, probably as it was evening already but sauna was very good and hot. There were plenty of options for dinner and lots of food had very good quality. Same for breakfast. Staff at reception and restaurant was attentive.”

“Hotel Zade oteli hiç beğenmedim.Minibar bozuktu bunu personelde doğruladı.Klima hiç yoktu, otelin sahibiyle konuştum niye klima yok diye, oda bana Erzurum serin olur dedi ve gerek duyulmadığını söyledi, ama 31 Temmuz ve 2 Ağostos 2026 tarihinde kaldığım Erzurum çok sıcaktı.Resepsiyondan vantilatör istedim o biraz serinletti ama klimanın olması lazım.Birde otelin iç rengi siyah içimi kararttı.Sadece personel çok iyiydi.”
