“Excellent stay at the Melia, certainly will be back”

“Excellent hotel spa! Brand new hotel spa in Durrës. 5 min walk from bus station&harbour, close to archeological places, supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre. Service was excellent, mega friendly staff, really good breakfast (a la carte, huge portions), really clean, comfortable beds, safe area and the Spa was the cherry on top (Spa is free for guests). They booked me a taxi to the airport and provided early check in. Fully recommend it! ”

“Very Disappointing Experience The location was the biggest disappointment. Although the resort has beach access, you cannot walk along the beach to reach the main beachfront street because both sides are blocked off. You are essentially confined to the resort’s private beach, which is very inconvenient. The staff were also unhelpful. Immediately after checking in, we realized that the room we were given was not the one we had booked. We contacted the staff right away, but they did not offer us...

“Very nice, clean, calm”

“Spacious room, beautiful Sea view, lovely balcony and roof deck, delicious generous breakfast, wonderful covered, free parking. Unfortunately the large glass window in the shower was badly broken when we arrived as well as a broken shelf. They were not repaired and management rented the room anyway.”

“Excelente servicio por parte del personal del hotel, desayuno de calidad, muy buena experiencia ”

“Really clean well maintained property, and lovely friendly staff. Some improvements are to the breakfast which was limited in choice and poor in quality, The area around it is pretty rundown with lots of building work going on and older residential properties. The beach is not private and not well maintained”

“Everything was absolutely lovely. Im a huge coffee drinker so when the coffee machine stopped working being made to pay for coffee vs them replenishing the coffee machine was my only draw back.”

“Muy buen servicio, limpieza espectacular , el hotel reformado y bien cuidado . A mejorar muchísimo el desayuno, muy poca variedad y de de mala calidad . Piscina no tiene pero a cambio tienes hamacas y sombrilla gratis por se huésped Mala comunicación para moverse , solo taxi (caro). Alrededor existe gran oferta de restaurantes. Zona similar a Benidorm mejorado”

“Todo correcto, salvo que la habitacion estaba justo al lado del restaurante y habia ruido continuo en los servicios. ”
