“lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed.
also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough.”

“Building is quite old and it may need to be renovated, staff are a bit slow. You older a drink and it will take them 30mins to bring it.

“Amazing hotel, amazing services. Beautiful pool. Animals come by the hotel. We saw Buffalos, elephants and many more. Night drive with sunset was a success. Juat loved it!!!!”

“Very clean. Very safe. Very secure. Absolutely everything was better than expected. Quiet area and very easy to access from main roads.
Gated parking onsite with security.
Restaurant for evening meals and breakfast was very good.”

“Übernachtung an einem Samstag. Gegenüber spielte von 21:00-02:00 Uhr eine Band in voller Lautstärke. Eine Zumutung für jeden Gast!!!
Nachmittags versuchte man mit überteuerten Preisen die Gäste abzuziehen. Scheinbar stecken der gerufene Manager und das Personal unter einer Decke.
Schade, und deshalb nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

“They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.”
