"Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! "There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff,especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior,which is four stars.The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good,spacious,but not verry clean.For all our stay they did not clean our shower cabin.I bought a bath cleaner and clean it myself.After we made a complaint,they moved our breakfast and dinner in four stars restaurant Flamingo grand.And suddenly after our...

"The staff was terrible. They did not clean the room unless you insist they do. They did not change the towels and other stuff. The bathroom was dirty with black spots on the walls."

"Es war der schlechteste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Die Betten waren nicht bequem und sehr klein. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde nur oberflächlich durchgeführt. Das Essen war qualitativ schlecht und zum Teil kalt (z.B. Pommes oder auch gebratenes Gehacktes im Brötchen). Andere Gäste haben direkt aus dem Buffet probiert (unhygienisch). Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht nutzbar, da die Türe mit Code verschlossen war - einziges Angebot der Rezeption, einen überteuerten Safe an der Rezeption zu buchen....
