"This is not a nice hotel! The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel. I took one look at the place and my room, and left to find another hotel, even though I had already pre-paid....

Die ist vorbildlich in die Vegetation der Insel integriert und verfügt über angenehm schlicht gehaltenen, aber in jeder Hinsicht perfekten Komfort für einen entspannten Barfuß-Urlaub. Auch die unaufdringliche Freundlichkeit des immer verfügbaren und hervorragend geschulten Personals ist aus meiner Sicht mit der Bestnote nur unzureichend bewertet."

"Vi spenderade 12 nätter på Le Grand Bleu och är mycket nöjda. Så trevligt och genuint boende. De små bungalowsen var bekväma med sköna sängar och vacker utsikt över grönskan och mot havet. Badrummen fräscha och funktionella. Dany och hans fina personal var glada, hjälpsamma och trevliga vid varje möte och vi fick hjälp med allt från utflykter till andra öar och att ordna tuk-tuk vart vi än ville åka. "A bit of a drive from the airport. Reception area and staff were amazing. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are very clean and spacious, only tea no coffee in rooms. Beach area was nice with beautiful sunsets. Bought items from ‘locals’ on the beach. Booked a massage and to our surprise, the local vendors were also our masseuses. The restaurant staff could use a bit more training, English was a challenge so my husband had a hard time getting guaranteed gluten free items. Service was...
